This is what happens sometimes when you leave on a vacation in our lovely state of MN in the winter and we get a cold snap and your pipes burst. In this case we really had to bring it down to bare studs and start all over with our plumbing in the exterior wall and this home 100+ years old we had to make sure that the frozen pipes are a thing of the past, So we used closed cell foam insulation on the entire wall, removed the radiator so we can get to the whole wall, install a new temper window and so that the room there is complete.
We tiled the surround and the floor and the floor tile is so cool that depending on the light and how it hits it can look green or gray. We installed a new vanity and top new toilet and new accessories. In the floors below we finished the drywall and painted the walls and ceilings replaced the carpet and pad and sanded and resurfaced the floors.
