This project was a shell that was started many times but never finished until we got in there.

Investor flip this project sat unfinished for almost 10 years with all of the mechanicals just roughed inn inspections passed we had our work cut out for us, we had to make sure that all of the electrical, plumbing and hvac was set to go and can be fired right up after we finish.

We installed new cabinets and countertops, we sanded and stained hardwood floors, we added a bar in the basement, we painted the entire home, we removed the 4 season porch and added a maintenance free deck, we installed new fixtures in all of the bathrooms as well as new fireplace and a new fireplace shelving and cabinets. We installed all new light fixtures.
