Our team begins every renovation project with a consultation. During this step, a team member will come to your home and inspect the site. They will also have a conversation with you about your goals, budget, preferences, etc. Finally, they will take measurements and determine whether we fit your project well.

The next step after your consultation is the proposal. During this step, our team will meet to provide a custom proposal based on the information we gathered during the consultation. Your proposal will be available through our online client portal when it is ready. We are happy to work with you until you are satisfied with the proposal. Then we will move on to the next step.

Once you have accepted our proposal, it is time to get to work. We will schedule your project and begin gathering materials and permits needed to complete the work. You will receive updates on the project throughout the process in our online client portal. The online portal also allows you to make electronic payments and ask our team questions.

Once the project is complete, it is time for inspections and the final walk-through. We will work with the city inspectors to complete all inspections before leaving the site. Finally, we will do a final walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction. Don’t worry; we will not be walking on your new roof. The final walk-through of these projects will be held safely on the ground.

The Cost

Roofing costs tend to vary greatly. The materials and colors you choose, as well as the complexity of your roof, will determine the overall cost of the process.

However, most traditional, non-complex roofs should cost about $450-$650 per 100 sq. ft. installed. Unusual colors, high-end materials, and a complex roof will be more expensive.
