Nokomis Addition

We took the roof off and added a whole master suite on the second floor we added a kids room and an office, We framed up the front and the second story as well as inside new layout on the main floor with new kitchen and bathroom locations, we added as much glass on the front of the house with a deck that overlooks the park and a lake. We installed beautiful Pella windows and LP Smart siding on the exterior with a new metal roof.

We insulated the home with foam boards on the concrete and rockwool in the walls, we installed the drywall and painted the home off white for the floors and millwork with the windows be the attention grabbing throughout the space.

On the inside we updated the electrical throughout the home as well as new in floor radiant heat with the warmboard system with oak hardwood floors on main floor and the second floor, and stained polished concrete in the basement. We installed a wood burning fireplace that is a statement peace in itself. We did custom maple cabinets with a quartz tops and a cool blue tile backsplash. All of the millwork in the home is maple with a two panel maple doors.
