All projects completed by the team at SMC Construction, Inc. have a unified structure. This plan ensures you always know what to expect. Regardless of the type of project we undertake for you, you can expect the following format.

Your project will begin with a consultation. Our team member will visit your home to take preliminary measurements and discuss your budget, wants, and needs.

Following the consultation, our team will meet to develop a customized proposal tailored to your project. It will be available on our online portal. You may request as many changes to the proposal as you like.

Once you have agreed to the proposal and signed a contract with us, we will take the final measurements, order the necessary materials, and schedule the installation date. Your installation date will be scheduled as soon as possible after delivery of your materials.

At the end of the installation, we will schedule any required inspections. Then we will walk you through the completed project, answering your questions and discussing our warranty.
