Anytime Fitness in Coon Rapids, MN

This project was a shell build-out in a strip mall, the scope included building out the offices tanning rooms bathrooms and showers. We framed the bathrooms and offices, The mechanicals were all there, we just need to fit it to the need of the gym, the lighting and outlets on a motion and timers, outlets for all of the equipment, plumbing hook up for the two bathrooms and showers as well as sinks and water fountains. We ran the Hvac for all of the offices and bathrooms from the main trunk as well as fans for the showers and bathrooms. We installed the drywall, painted the walls, tiled bathrooms and entries to the gym, installed carpet to the main spaces and office, installed the rubber in the free weights area installed the commercial doors painted the frame and stained the wood.
