Brooklyn Park Exterior 203k Loan Renovation

This home was a recent purchase that required extensive renovations, starting with a new roof and windows. The previous roof had been leaking for years, and because the issue was never properly addressed, the damage only worsened over time. Water infiltration had compromised the roof sheeting, insulation, and even portions of the drywall, leading to significant interior deterioration.

To restore the home, we began by completely tearing off the old roof, removing all damaged sheeting and any wet insulation and drywall. We then installed a brand-new roofing system using Malarkey Highlander Shingles, ensuring long-term durability and eliminating any future risk of leaks.

Next, we replaced all the outdated and inefficient windows with new vinyl windows, improving both the home’s energy efficiency and aesthetics. During the renovation process, we also discovered that certain areas of the exterior siding needed attention, so we replaced the affected sections to restore the home’s curb appeal and structural integrity.

Inside the home, the damage extended into the bathroom, where we removed and replaced the compromised drywall. To give the home a fresh and updated look, we painted the entire interior, creating a bright and inviting space. Finally, we removed the old, worn out carpet and padding, replacing them with brand-new materials for a clean and comfortable finish.

The transformation not only addressed years of neglect but also gave the new homeowners peace of mind, knowing their investment was protected with a solid roof, upgraded windows, and a refreshed interior.
