Brooklyn Park Exterior 203k Loan Renovation

This was a home purchase that needed a new roof and new windows. The roof leaked for years and it was never addressed so as it was ignored the problem just grew. We tore off the roof, replaced all of the compromised sheeting, removed all of the wet insulation and drywall. We installed new roof with Malarkey Highlander Shingles to make sure that the roof never leaks again, we Installed new vinyl windows and replaced the siding as needed. We replaced the drywall in the bathroom and painted the entire home on the inside and removed and replaced the carpet and pad.
