Commercial Exterior Renovation North East Minneapolis

This job was an exterior facelift and windows on an apartment building. We removed the mansard and the entries, we framed the new low profile flat roofs for the entry with a new commercial black front and back doors. We patched the stucco to match the rest of the building as well as added a new aluminum fascia and soffits. Then we painted the entire stucco to brighten up the whole building and modernize the look.
