This job was a many phaze job, the bathroom has been renovated in the late 70s and it needed to go, Our client wanted to renovate the whole wing of the home so we did, new windows and installation in the bathroom and the bedrooms, new drywall and paint new trim and hardwood floors sand stain and seal, bathroom we removed the glass block framed up the window, framed down the ceilings to add a new fan. we installed new temper, obscure glass window. We did subway tile on the wall and hexagon on the floor we added new wainscoting in the bathroom and a simple pedestal sink with a new toilet. We added a two valve two showerheads system so that a rainshower option can be used. This bathroom turned from the ugliest thing in the home to the most elegant and favorite spot. On the exterior we patched the stucco and added new trim around the windows.
