Fridley Innsbruck Window & Siding
This homeowner had a deep appreciation for the exterior aesthetic of their home, particularly the German-influenced front façade. However, years of wear and lack of maintenance had taken a toll on the windows, leading to significant rot and drafts that compromised both energy efficiency and comfort. Additionally, the home’s original siding had become a battleground for woodpeckers, leaving numerous holes and extensive damage to the cedar boards.
To restore the home to its original glory while improving durability, we installed brand-new Andersen 400 Series aluminum-clad wood windows. These high-quality windows not only maintained the classic charm of the home but also offered superior energy efficiency and long-term protection against the elements.
With the windows in place, we turned our attention to the damaged siding. We removed the old, weathered boards and replaced them with new lap siding, ensuring a clean and polished look. To preserve the German-inspired aesthetic, we also installed fresh cedar trim on the front of the home, maintaining the character that the homeowner cherished.
To complete the transformation, we applied a fresh coat of paint and stain, enhancing the natural beauty of the cedar and ensuring the home remained visually striking while also being well-protected against future wear.
The result was a beautifully restored home that not only honored its original design but also provided the homeowner with modern energy efficiency, durability, and lasting curb appeal.
