New construction Home 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with 2 car garage, We wanted to build a home that fits in the neighborhood and is not an eyesore with the rest of the older homes on the block. We wanted to have a big porch to be enjoyed for all the seasons. This is a two story home 1850sqft with an unfinished basement. The exterior of this home is all in maintenance free siding and aluminum wrapped fascia and soffits as well as white vinyl Pella windows. On the inside we did all of the woodwork in white and cabinets in off white glaze finish that did not blend, but rather were a statement in the open concept layout, we have one powder room on the main floor and floors were all engineered hardwood. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a master bedroom suite with a neither full size bathroom and carpet throughout. In the Bathroom we did luxury vinyl tile with white vanities and black tops for contrast.
