Malarkey Vista Install In Anoka, MN

We have replaced windows that are in a mansard roof with new Hayfield black vinyl windows surrounded and wrapped with black steel flashing.  We demoed old stucco, framed down and extended the roof to create a uniform look. As well as replaced bottom soffit with black Hardie panel siding.  Replaced old failing roofing shingles with Malarkey Vista color Storm Gray. We installed new black aluminum 6″ downspouts.  Half of the garages got Malarkey shingles, the other half received Hardie panel siding and trim painted black to match the rest of the complex.   The interior windows were trimmed out in new white trim and extension jambs to match.
